Mixers Sunlab mixers are designed to give a rapid and even dispersion of the fragrance, colour and small quantities of additives with the noodles and similar bases. The machines are driven by a variable speed motor gearbox and are robustly designed, the parts are generously proportioned with large bearing area and are constructed on traditional lines to give a long and trouble free life. In the unlikely event a fault should develop a competent engineer can dismantle and re-assemble the machines without any specialised tooling. Mixing takes place in a drum with a hinged lid which is capable of being tilted to discharge the contents. Specially shaped and angled blades give not only a rotary mixing action but also ensure movement of product along the axis. All parts in contact with the product are made from stainless steel ground and polished to provide an easily cleaned attractive finish, all other surfaces are either plated or stove enamelled ivory.
