VMK2 - Air (5 Tonne Pneumatic Soap Press).
The Sunlab Joraco VMK2-Air is a CE marked bench top, 5 tonne pneumatic toggle press capable of stamping large soap tablets up to 200g at a conservative rate of 10 tablets per minute. Manufactured for us by AIM Joraco in the USA, the press benefits from high quality accurately machined castings to produce a top quality press giving years of reliability.
The press is fitted with an anti-hands two handed tie-down controller as standard and can be ordered with an optional choice of guarding; an open fronted Perspex guard or a fully enclosed
and interlocked sliding door guarding system. The press benefits from a one shot lubrication system feeding oil to all the mechanical linkages and slide ways. Additional features include fully muffled exhaust for quiet operation, easily adjustable ram speed control, a "set-up" valve which holds the ram down while tools are being set.
